How renewable energy sources affect environment?

     Hello all!!! Now the whole world is running towards renewable energy source. This is mainly to restore the environmental conditions. But harvesting renewable energy will also affect the environment.

Tidal energy 

    Tidal energy is harvested from the tides of ocean. An artificial reservoir is constructed. The water flows from ocean in to the reservoir and vise versa.

     The water enters by passing through the blades of the turbine. If living thing in the ocean gets hit by the blades then it will cause severe damage.

      The construction of the reservoir will also cause wastes of construction materials to be dumped inside the sea.

Wind energy

     The wind mills are destroying the good landscape view of that place. High speed winds are found in the mountain sides and in sea shore. So the wind mills are constructed in that region. This will throw away the look of that place.

     During flying the birds may get hit by the windmill blades and get hurt. This is a serious issue that it may also cause the death of birds.

Geothermal energy

     The heat in the interior part of the earth is extracted and is made to operate a power plant.

      The penetration of rods in depth may cause earthquake. It may also cause dangerous minerals to be mixed with nature.

Solar energy

     The solar energy harvesting is one of the trending renewable energy source. It is abundantly available all over the world. 

     Extracting solar energy by using PV cells may cause radiation. It also won't allow the rays to reflect back to the space.

     For everything there is a disadvantage. But renewable energy has less effect and it can lower the pollution level in this world.
