Why Google hates Huawei?

     The tech war between US and China has taken global tech market in to risk. We know that Huawei has been banned to work with US companies. This ban was given by the US president Trump. Huawei has been banned for security purpose. So, Google company which owns Android told that in future we won't be providing any update for the Android in Huawei smartphones. Google cancelled the Android license of Huawei.

     In 2012, Huawei started a new project. They had a secret meeting with higher officials. Reports told that Huawei is going to develop its own OS for smartphones. While this project is going on, workers are not allowed to take their personal mobile inside the room and had tight security outside. In 2016, Huawei has been hiring full time Engineers on its secret OS project.

     When Google cancelled android license of Huawei, CEO of Huawei told that this won't be affecting our market we will come back. Now the hidden project has come to light. It is an OS developed by Huawei known as OAK OS. In china this OS will be called as Hong Meng OS. 

     Interesting thing is that Xiaomi, Oppo, Vivo also started testing Hong Meng OS. This OS is 60% faster than Android. Hong Meng OS is compatible with android apps. Huawei has its own app store called App Gallery. Since Hong Meng OS is compatible with android apps, developers no need to change the code. They just need to upload their app in App Gallery. 

     This will have a great impact on Google because Google is making money using Play store maps and etc. Since, OAK OS is 60% faster than android, other brands will try to implement OAK OS in to their device. So this will reduce Google revenue. 

     But Google doesn't want this to happen. If Huawei have its own OS then millions of mobiles sold by Huawei each year will be having OAK OS and App Gallery. So, now Google is trying to compromise Trump to cancel the ban on Huawei. Probably it is not gonna happen.

     If OAK OS is released and its performance is much better than android then there will be more competition in the market. More competition will make the company to bring new innovative technology to the market and this will make the consumers happy.
