Hii all!!! Thanks for making the blog to reach 100k views. It means alot to me. In this post I am gonna share some of my experience in building up this blog. So this post is going to be a non technical thing.
Starting Days:
I was in Second Year of my college life. I had a great interest to create websites. So I started surfing through google how to create websites? Since I am an Electrical Engineering student I don't know much about web development.
After doing research for 2 months, finally I was able to bring my blog online. It was with less design. But I was more excited and I started sharing it with my friends. Then step by step I learnt more things about web development.
Then after some days I was able to reach 1000 views. It made me happy and I felt that it's working.
One of the main motivation for me to develop this blog is to buy a new mobile. I was having a Samsung Galaxy Core 2 mobile on those days. I thought to buy a new mobile using the earnings from the blog. But that has not happened. My parents had bought me a new mobile during my third year of college.
Monetisation:
After two months big tech bang has got approved for adsense. I got really excited. Now if anyone is trying for adsense approval, you will be knowing how hard it is to get approved. My request was rejected 4 times.
Web Development Competition
Our Department has conducted a web page creation competition for our department symposium. I have participated in that. Since I gained lot of experience by creating this blog, I was able to win that competition.
Then I asked my parents for purchasing domain name. They had agreed with that and finally I bought bigtechbang.com.
Earnings
Honestly speaking, I have not earned even 1% of the money I spent on this blog. It's my interest and passion which is making me to build up this blog.
For the past one month I am not posting in blog because I am more busy with some home works. I will try to post at least twice in a week in the upcoming days.
